5 baking potatoes cut up in eatable sized chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheese, your choice ( I used Cheddar)
salt & pepper
Cut up potatoes and lay them in foil, drizzle olive oil, butter over them, put salt and pepper on top, mix in onions and garlic. Wrap up in foil and lay on grill until potatoes are soft, about 30 minutes. When you up wrap the foil, cover in cheese.
