Bill Knapps Chocolate Cake

My friend Keelin has her mom make this cake every year for her birthday, it is her birthday cake. Her mother so graciously gave me the recipe! I didn't try it, but I made it for Daniel's bday and he said it was good, he is still eating from it!
icing made over ice bucket
icing was a little thin, I put mine in the fridge for an hour to thicken it.
Very delicious!
